Article 1 - General Scope and Object of the Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern your relationship with Nurenn, a platform celebrating Black excellence, accessible via https://nurenaissance.goodbarber.app and/or the Nurenn app. Interacting with our website or app signifies your express agreement to these T&C without reservation.

Nurenn reserves the right to modify these T&C anytime without prior notice. Updates are effective upon publication on our app/website or notification. Please read carefully before using Nurenn.

By agreeing, you confirm you are at least 18 or have legal guardian consent if a minor. Use is prohibited for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

You must not hack, alter, send viruses, or attempt to compromise Nurenn’s integrity.

Article 2 - Content and Intellectual Property

Content (e.g., Vibe Chat posts, AR filters) may be free or require a subscription (Unity, Legacy, Visionary). See Article 4 for registration details.

All materials are for personal, non-commercial use, protected by copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.

Users may not reproduce, modify, copy, translate, sell, or exploit any content (text, images, audio) or Nurenn’s logo/visual identity.

Article 3 - Subscription and Payment

Price

Subscription fees ($3.29, $7.69, $13.00 monthly; $32.89, $92.09, $158.39 annually +tax) are displayed before purchase. Apple/Google Stores manage taxes.

Nurenn may adjust fees without notice. Disagreeing users may cancel before renewal.

Payment and Fees

Payment methods (e.g., credit card) are shown at subscription, processed via third-party encryption (e.g., Apple Pay). We do not store banking details.

In App Purchases (IAP)

Subscriptions via Apple App Store/Google Play are governed by their terms. Nurenn is not liable for IAP issues—contact the third party.

Restoring Subscriptions/IAP

Restore prior purchases via the app’s restore link.

Article 4 - Registration Process

Registration may be required for full access. Each account is for one user only; sharing credentials is prohibited. Notify nurenn@nurenaissance.org if compromised.

Registration

Create an account via the app’s form with a login, password, and valid email. Keep credentials confidential.

Unlogged access is available for limited features.

Third-Party Authentication

Sign-in with Apple, Facebook, or X is optional. These providers’ privacy policies apply. Nurenn is not liable for their data use.

Article 5 - Warranties

Content is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nurenn does not guarantee accuracy or error-free use. Access is at your risk.

Article 6 - Content Moderation and User Generated Content

Users uploading content (e.g., Vibe Chat, Spotlight Posts) must have legal rights. Prohibited content includes illegal, obscene, or hate speech (e.g., discrimination based on race, religion).

No malware, impersonation, or abuse is allowed. Nurenn may delete content/accounts without notice or compensation.

Article 7 - Liability

Nurenn is not liable for network disruptions, viruses, fraudulent payments, or technical issues.

Article 8 - Third-Party Links and External Links

Third-party links (e.g., Spatial.io) are not controlled by Nurenn. We are not liable for their content or damages.

Article 9 - Disclaimer of Warranties

Nurenn content is illustrative, not for decision-making. We may modify/delete content without notice, with no obligation to update.

Use is “as is,” with no guarantees of error-free, secure, or uninterrupted service. Nurenn is not liable for losses, damages, or claims.

Article 10 - Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and defend Nurenn against claims due to your T&C breach.

Article 11 - Severability

If any T&C provision is unenforceable, it severs without affecting other provisions’ validity.

Article 12 - Termination

Obligations pre-termination survive. You may stop using Nurenn or notify us. Nurenn may terminate at its discretion without notice.

Article 13 - Governing Law and Venue

These T&C are governed by French law. Disputes are resolved in Paris, France jurisdiction.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancel subscriptions anytime; cancellation applies to future cycles. No refunds for current periods unless required by local law. Refunds are at Nurenn’s discretion.
